RESIDENTIAL

COMMERCIAL
The tapping fee for a commercial property is the same as the fees outlined in the RESIDENTIAL section above. However, these fees are assessed PER EDU. For example, if a commercial property is assessed (based on water usage, employees, etc.) at 5 EDU's and is connecting to an existing "tee", the resultant fee would be:
5 EDU's x $4205 = $21,025
Monthly Rates
$52.00 per EDU (a single family home, apartment, etc. producing no more than 234 gal/day) per month. This fee is billed QUARTERLY at a rate of $156.00.
For Commercial billing, the bill is paid monthly and is based on the number of EDU's the business is alotted OR $9.63 per 1000 gals usage, whichever is greater.
