Below are downloadable versions of our current Sewer Specifications. All sewer installations in the Township are subject to these requirements as well as any additional requirements that may be deemed appropriate by our Field Inspectors upon arriving at the worksite. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of updating these specifications. Certain requirements have changed. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Manhole bases must now be a minimum of 30", not 18".
  • Force Main sewer extensions must be shown to be operable prior to completion of the                       project by pumping water through them.
  • All cleanouts must have lamphole protection.
